This course is recommended for metrology specialists, quality engineers or process engineers who has to fulfil Measurement System Analysis studies with Q-DAS solara.MP, as their day by day duties.
The TARGET is to prepare the above mentioned specialists theoretically and practically, to understand and for a proper handling of Q-DAS solara.MP.
Thematics :
-Starting solara.MP, brief introduction of the user interface
-Performing Type I study
-Performing Type II study (GRR)
-Performing Type III study (GRR) for appraiser independent systems
-Performing Kappa study for discrete characteristics
-All four studies are structured in the following subchapters:
-short theoretical background
-practical creating the test plan and collecting the data
-evaluating the data and results
-exercise to be send to the tutor
